Exchange Policy

At Bijooria Shop, we aim to deliver a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you wish to exchange a product, please review the guidelines below carefully.


Exchange Only – No Refunds

We currently offer product exchanges only. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. All exchange requests must meet the conditions outlined below.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are required to ship the return parcel to our warehouse address at their own expense.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


Pickup Service (Optional)

  • If you prefer, we can arrange a pickup service on your behalf.

  • Pickup charges will be added to the exchange request and must be paid in advance by the customer.


Eligibility for Exchange

Once the returned parcel is received, our quality control team will verify the product. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The same product originally delivered must be returned.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.


Dispatch of Replacement Product

After the returned item successfully passes the quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 business days from our warehouse.


Non-Eligible Returns

Products that fail the quality check, show signs of use, or are not the original item shipped will not be eligible for exchange. In such cases, no further action will be taken.
