If you receive an incorrect or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund Eligibility: A clear unboxing video is mandatory, showing the package seal and the issue with the product.

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Refund Process: Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.


2. Replacement Policy (All Other Issues)

For concerns other than wrong or defective items, refunds are not available. However, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Time Frame: Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days.
